Island Tours and Excursions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour.
Airport Transfers:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund.
